System1 is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic individual to join as a Senior Account Manager for the acquired InfoSpace Search business. As a Senior Account Manager, you will launch, ramp and manage signed search distribution partnerships. You will troubleshoot business and technical issues that arise, as well as identify and present new opportunities to partners to help them grow.

The Role You Will Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, data analytics, computer science or similar. MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in project management within the software industry
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with business applications(Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, etc.)
  • Excellent relationship-building and partner communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues with partners
  • Search Industry and one or more of the following: Online Marketing, SEM/SEO, Mobile, Project Management

What You Will Bring

  • Implement partner solutions using core InfoSpace Search products
  • Manage post sales relationships and implementation of Web Search services for new and existing product launches and enhancements. Build, sustain and grow key account relationships and revenue
  • Own the success of partnerships and track and report success through analysis of key performance metrics
  • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth and user retention
  • Resolve business issues and work with Technical Account Managers to resolve technical issues
  • Assist Business Development Managers in latter stages of the sales cycle and with up-selling over the term
  • Help distinguish System1’s Business Solutions from its competition through the delivery of superior customer service

He was able to balance his work at System1 with assignments and studying, and now, he’s implementing what he learned on the job. Currently, he and the data science team are working on an algorithm to optimize System1’s advertising on a new network. Their custom-built machine learning infrastructure makes it easy to deploy new algorithms and track performance.
