Builds an AI-enabled program that scales customer storytelling, advocacy, executive engagement, influencer relationships, and customer insight. Integrates customer voice into brand, communications, events, product launches, sales, and investor programs. Defines KPIs and attribution, builds cross-functional alignment, manages budget and tooling, and recruits and develops a high-performing global team.

Develop and execute product-led growth, lifecycle marketing, and technical audience programs for Voyage AI. Drive awareness, onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and continued usage through campaigns, experiments, content, emerging channels, and cross-sell strategies.
