The Director of High Value Senders Marketing leads the marketing strategy for premium customer segments, driving execution, influencing product direction, and using AI tools for insights and measurement.

Manage and execute high-volume, localized lifecycle marketing campaigns across Braze and core CRM channels (email, push, in‑app, WhatsApp, SMS). Own ticket intake-to-delivery, run localized tests, QA and deploy multi-channel campaigns, monitor performance, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and optimize ticketing and execution processes through stakeholder collaboration.

Lead end-to-end performance marketing for the Americas, owning channel strategy, multi-million dollar budgets, measurement (attribution, incrementality, media mix modeling), team building, executional rigor, AI-native workflows, and cross-functional alignment with Brand, Product, Analytics, and Finance. Hybrid role based in Seattle (3+ days/week).

Support lifecycle marketing and winback decisions using data: analyze program and campaign performance, pricing, channels; deep-dive customer behavior; build and maintain KPI dashboards; design experiments and present recommendations to improve retention.
