Provide remote corporate travel booking and advisory services using GDS (Sabre). Book domestic and international air, rail, road, and lodging; ensure policy compliance; handle phone and email servicing; research travel options, upsell services, resolve customer issues, and collaborate with team members across shifts including afternoons and weekends.

Assist regional resource support by helping with technician scheduling, resource allocation, shift planning, and cost control. Update GANTT and ADP schedules, support incident management, address scheduling issues, attend performance reviews, and assist on special projects to meet customer SLAs and drive operational efficiency.

Own exchange onboarding, licensing, agreements, reporting, and relationship management for 100+ exchanges. Temporary (3–4 month) office operations manager to oversee day-to-day workplace operations, procurement, vendor and carrier coordination, shipping/logistics, benefits open enrollment support, onboarding logistics, budget and invoice management, and accounts payable assistance. Acts as primary contact for building management and external service providers.

Review monthly QC and investor findings, perform file investigations, validate and track remediation, draft responses to findings, identify trends and operational risks, recommend process improvements, and support regulatory exams, audits, and corrective actions in collaboration with Compliance, Underwriting, and Operations.

Lead and manage the Onboarding & Due Diligence function, overseeing KYC, CIP, and fintech partner onboarding. Analyze business processes, gather and document business and system requirements, partner with IT and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, lead or support testing, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to reporting and data insights to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Investigates and settles complex claims under minimal supervision, evaluates coverages, determines liability, and provides training to new hires.
