The governor’s office to spend $24M on computers. The office of Governor Jay Inslee plans to use money from relief funds to purchase about 64,000 computing devices for students in Washington that need them. The pandemic has made these devices essential for at-home learning. [Built In Seattle]

Zillow posted biggest earnings on record. In part due to the pandemic, the online real estate site has seen growth. It reported earnings of $39.6 million, or 17 cents a share, up from a loss of 31 cents a share last year. [MarketWatch]

MeowTalk translates cat language. The app uses data science and machine learning to listen to cat sounds and offer a translation. Over time, it can learn to understand the meows of a specific cat. [GeekWire]
