Microsoft is acquiring Activision Blizzard. Microsoft announced it was acquiring video game developing company, Activision Blizzard, in a $68.7 billion deal that is expected to close in the fiscal year 2023. After reports of sexual misconduct within the company, calls came for Activision CEO Bobby Kotick’s resignation. Evocalize raised $12M. Evocalize raised $12 million in a fresh Series A round led by Move Inc. The company offers a digital marketing platform particularly geared toward small-scale businesses by providing the integration of tools to allow for easy marketing. Radian Aerospace gained $27.5M. Radian Aerospace has developed a first-of-its-kind aerospace vehicle by utilizing a completely reusable horizontal takeoff and landing spaceplane. The company raised $27.5 million in seed funding led by Fine Structure Ventures. The funding will allow the company to focus on the development of Radian One, a horizontal takeoff and landing spacecraft. [PR Newswire]
