The Data Engineer will transform customer data into a unified ontology, manage data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support AI systems.

As a Senior Data Engineer at Auger, you will build data systems to transform customer data into a unified ontology for analytics and AI workflows, ensuring data quality and managing the data lifecycle.

Own the technical delivery path from signed scope through customer go-live. Lead launch planning, data access architecture, systems integration, testing, cutover, go/no-go decisions, escalations, and post-launch support. Direct rotating engineers, data engineers, and QA contributors while translating between customer IT teams and internal engineering. Resolve requirements and technical tradeoffs, manage risks and dependencies, validate implementation details, and feed recurring customer issues back into product and engineering.

Own and implement security measures across cloud infrastructure and the software lifecycle: threat modeling, risk assessments, security testing, incident response, secure CI/CD, and developer enablement to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with standards.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Auger’s shared core platform capabilities (conversational AI, search, identity, notifications, shared workflows, navigation, reports). Productize validated customer concepts into scalable, production-quality platform features, partner with design and engineering, and create consistent cross-product experiences that accelerate innovation and simplify complex workflows.

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and optimization solutions for large-scale supply chain problems. Build and scale models for forecasting, inventory, network design, and routing; solve mixed-integer and stochastic programs; collaborate with engineering and product teams; engage customers and executive stakeholders; publish and evangelize supply chain science.

Responsible for defining front-end technical vision, designing and delivering user-facing features, championing UX and performance, and building a unified design system of shared components and tokens to accelerate product delivery.

Turn raw customer supply-chain data into structured representations and models. Interpret and contextualize noisy data, form and test hypotheses, build inference, regression, simulation and optimization logic, validate model quality in production, and translate scientific requirements into engineering specifications while collaborating with data engineers and supply-chain experts.

The Account Executive will close significant deals by driving executive buy-in for Auger's supply chain solutions, leading teams, navigating enterprise politics, and managing complex negotiations to convert opportunities into contracts.

As a Product Designer at Auger, you'll partner with PMs and engineers to define problems, validate solutions, and iterate product experiences using AI tools throughout the design process.

The Principal Software Development Engineer will lead the data engineering team, develop data systems, ensure quality controls, and mentor engineers. Responsibilities include managing data lifecycle, implementing frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and ship production software for real-time supply chain systems: APIs, data pipelines, and AI-powered tools. Solve scalability, performance, and data integration challenges, collaborate with engineers and data scientists, own projects end-to-end, and participate in on-call rotations at the Bellevue HQ.
