Leads Hiya’s website marketing strategy, roadmap, conversion-rate optimization, experimentation, SEO/GEO, localization, analytics, attribution, and campaign landing-page execution. Owns website performance and pipeline contribution while partnering with engineering, demand generation, product marketing, product, design, content, and agencies. The role translates positioning into high-converting experiences, improves discoverability across search and AI platforms, and builds scalable systems for global markets.

Lead Hiya’s global brand and communications strategy across PR, analyst relations, social media, creative, thought leadership, events, and crisis communications. Own the company narrative, visual and verbal identity, media relationships, executive visibility, and brand measurement. Manage internal creative and events teams plus external agencies, build organic social from the ground up, adapt messaging across international markets, and coach a growing global team while remaining hands-on with strategy and content execution.

Leads Hiya’s global Forward Engineering organization, overseeing solutions architecture, forward-deployed engineering, customer integrations, distribution platforms, reliability, incident response, and cost to serve. The role partners with Product Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success across the full customer lifecycle. Responsibilities include organizational strategy, hiring, budgeting, operating metrics, technical standards, roadmap feedback, and scaling support across North America, Europe, and Asia. This hybrid Seattle role requires 30–40% travel.

Drive new business and product-led growth conversions for SMB and enterprise customers. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demos, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Build pipeline with SDRs, marketing, and partners; meet revenue quotas; forecast accurately in Salesforce; and collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product to ensure successful handoffs and expansion opportunities.

Own global university recruiting programs, interview scheduling, recruiting operations, Ashby ATS administration, candidate experience, stakeholder coordination, recruiting analytics, and special projects. Plan campus events, manage complex multi-time-zone interviews, improve workflows, maintain data integrity, and use AI tools to optimize recruiting processes. This role requires independent ownership but does not involve full-cycle recruiting or candidate sourcing.

Manage a high-volume SMB and self-service customer portfolio through onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Build scalable enablement programs, monitor customer health and usage, automate health scoring and renewal triggers, identify retention and conversion opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing. Track program KPIs, analyze performance, advocate for customers, and help develop Hiya’s scaled customer success strategy.

Lead end-to-end product for voice protection and conversational AI features serving consumers and telecom operator partners. Define product vision, prioritize roadmap, work closely with engineering and research on model training and prototyping, engage customers to validate needs, support commercial and legal partners, and drive product economics and successful launches.
