Performs transvaginal and pelvic ultrasounds for fertility monitoring, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment cycles. Measures and documents reproductive anatomy, explains findings to patients, maintains electronic medical records, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators. Supervises PACU, pre-op, and post-op clinical operations while providing direct perioperative nursing care. Leads staffing, scheduling, onboarding, performance management, quality improvement, AAAHC accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, inventory, equipment checks, and coordination with physicians and anesthesia providers. Ensures patient safety, effective recovery care, staff competency, and smooth surgical workflow.

Leads the healthcare billing and revenue cycle team, overseeing claims, patient statements, payment posting, collections, accounts receivable, compliance, audits, reporting, and system optimization. Manages staff performance, improves workflows, supports accurate financial reporting, and ensures a positive patient billing experience. The role requires collaboration with clinical, finance, operations, and corporate teams while maintaining HIPAA and payer compliance.

Coordinates fertility and IVF treatment cycles, communicates with physicians and patients, triages medication and treatment questions, maintains clinical records, provides infertility and ART education, coordinates FDA and diagnostic testing, and supports patients, donors, and LGBTQ+ family-building. May assist with procedure support, clinic rooming, and phlebotomy. The role is full-time, primarily onsite in Seattle or Bellevue, with occasional weekend, holiday, or satellite-office coverage.

Performs laboratory quality control, equipment calibration and maintenance, specimen safety procedures, temperature monitoring, reagent inventory, result documentation, and timely reporting in a fertility and IVF clinic. Requires at least one year of clinical laboratory experience, a bachelor’s degree in biology or a related field, assay and equipment troubleshooting skills, and reliable attendance. The full-time, in-person role is primarily weekday mornings and may include future weekend, holiday, and Seattle coverage.

Supports the fertility clinic’s donor program by coordinating with patients, egg donors, and gestational carriers; scheduling visits and testing; following up on lab results; assisting with forms, grants, pharmacy requests, and prior authorizations; supporting donor recruitment; maintaining referral partnerships; and completing administrative and audit-related duties.

Leads revenue cycle operations across fertility centers in California, overseeing billing, collections, denials, accounts receivable, cash posting, compliance, reporting, and payer relationships. Drives financial performance, revenue integrity, audit readiness, process improvement, and operational metrics. Manages workforce planning, coaching, performance management, and team development while partnering with clinical, finance, and operational leaders. Requires occasional travel to administrative offices and clinics.
