Ultrasound Technologist

Position Summary
Pacific Northwest Fertility is seeking a Women's Health Ultrasound Technologist to join our clinical team in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our fertility patients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in women's health and is skilled in performing transvaginal ultrasounds with precision and compassion. This role requires the ability to clearly and confidently communicate findings to patients in a way that supports their understanding and comfort throughout their fertility journey.

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Primarily at our Bellevue location with rotating coverage to our Seattle clinic. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform transvaginal and pelvic ultrasounds for fertility monitoring, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment cycles
• Accurately measure and document follicle counts, endometrial lining, and other relevant reproductive anatomy
• Explain ultrasound findings to patients in clear, accessible language, helping them understand their results and next steps
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient's electronic medical record
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and Patient Care Coordinators to ensure seamless patient care
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned according to clinic protocols
• Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and clinic policies
• Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and clinic protocols
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Training and/or background in women's health (e.g., OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinology, or related field)
• Demonstrated experience performing transvaginal ultrasound
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in patient education and communication
• Ability to work independently and manage a full clinical schedule with efficiency and accuracy
• Associate's degree or certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (or equivalent training/experience) preferred
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification, or eligibility to obtain, preferred
