Performs transvaginal and pelvic ultrasounds for fertility monitoring, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment cycles. Measures and documents reproductive anatomy, explains findings to patients, maintains electronic medical records, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators. The role also includes equipment calibration, maintenance, cleaning, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols.

Supervises PACU, pre-op, and post-op clinical operations while providing direct perioperative nursing care. Leads staffing, scheduling, onboarding, performance management, quality improvement, AAAHC accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, inventory, equipment checks, and coordination with physicians and anesthesia providers. Ensures patient safety, effective recovery care, staff competency, and smooth surgical workflow.

Leads the healthcare billing and revenue cycle team, overseeing claims, patient statements, payment posting, collections, accounts receivable, compliance, audits, reporting, and system optimization. Manages staff performance, improves workflows, supports accurate financial reporting, and ensures a positive patient billing experience. The role requires collaboration with clinical, finance, operations, and corporate teams while maintaining HIPAA and payer compliance.
