Develop data-driven Windows Fundamentals solutions using telemetry and diagnostic signals to improve device reliability, performance, battery life, and sustainability. Responsibilities include defining metrics, analyzing fleet data, building pipelines and dashboards, investigating regressions, implementing operating-system or analytics improvements, validating outcomes, and collaborating with engineering, data science, security, OEM, support, and enterprise teams.

Leads the AMER planning team and vendor planners supporting Microsoft’s datacenter delivery portfolio. Owns integrated master schedules, Plan of Record integrity, baseline and change control, critical path analysis, schedule risk, governance, reporting, and portfolio capacity alignment. Partners with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, and other stakeholders to provide schedule insights, recovery options, and planning input for funding and approval decisions. Also manages team capability, performance, succession, and planning vendor relationships.
