Describe the woman on your team you wish to highlight and why you chose to showcase her. 

I want to highlight Sarah Swartz from our team, who is my manager and works as a product manager. I chose to showcase her because she embodies the qualities of a truly inspiring leader — something I rarely see in others. She serves as a bridge between different teams, effectively communicating needs and driving product development forward. Beyond that, she demonstrates deep empathy for every team member. I have witnessed her consistently encouraging and recognizing others’ contributions in meetings, which is a trait that defines great leadership. She focuses on uplifting those around her rather than seeking attention for herself.

How have you seen this woman inspire you or others on your team to do more?

Sarah has a clear vision for business goals. She established the Prosodica Initiatives Center, a structured framework through which our team’s efforts are systematically documented, progress is tracked and updates are shared visually. Each week, she leads companywide demos, ensuring that executives, sales, marketing, product and development teams stay aligned on priorities and direction. This level of transparency and organization enhances collaboration and keeps everyone focused — a testament to her strong leadership and strategic mindset.

How has this woman’s encouragement informed the way you face challenges in your professional and/or personal life?

Seeing women in leadership roles within the company is a great source of encouragement for me. We need more women leaders in every organization — leaders who not only drive business success but also empathize with their teams. Sarah’s leadership has shown me the power of fostering an inclusive, goal-oriented environment, inspiring both myself and others to pursue our ambitions with confidence.
