For commissioned and bonus-eligible roles, we design compensation plans that are challenging but achievable, with clear targets and transparent measurement. This approach allows employees to maximize earning potential while aligning individual performance with company goals.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, flexibility, and well-being. This includes medical, dental, and vision coverage with PPO and EPO options, HSA and FSA plans, and dental and vision buy-up options.
Employees are automatically enrolled in a Fidelity 401(k) plan at 4 percent, with a company match of up to 25 percent on up to a 6 percent employee contribution. We also offer a flexible time off program, 10 paid holidays in 2026, and eight company-wide wellness days each year.
Additional benefits include a 500 dollar annual wellness reimbursement, a one-time 500 dollar home office stipend for remote employees, pet insurance, cell phone and Wi-Fi reimbursement, life insurance, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.
