Responsible for growing and managing Ultahost's affiliate network across APAC, recruiting and supporting affiliates and influencers, executing localized campaigns and promotional assets, collaborating on regional landing pages, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and reporting insights to scale the global affiliate program.

Lead GEO and AEO visibility strategy to ensure UltaHost is cited and surfaced by LLMs and AI answer platforms. Implement structured data (Schema.org/JSON-LD), entity-based optimization, and semantic content modeling. Optimize content for generative engines, Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, and voice assistants. Perform audits, experiments, and monitoring of LLM outputs; collaborate with SEO, content, and engineering to implement schema and AI-first optimizations; provide data-driven recommendations and guide content creators.

Provide Level 2 technical support by administering Linux/Windows servers, virtualization and cloud platforms, managing databases and web servers, configuring hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS), troubleshooting networking and performance issues, communicating with customers, and improving support processes.
