Ultahost is seeking an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for hiring top technical talent across Software and IT functions, ensuring high-quality hiring decisions that align with business and technical requirements.

We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in technical recruitment, a solid understanding of software technologies, and the ability to assess and screen technical candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Software and IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding

Hire technical positions including Software Engineers, IT Technical Support Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other IT roles

Collaborate closely with technical hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs

Screen and assess technical candidates through CV reviews, interviews, and technical discussions

Evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge in software languages, frameworks, technologies, and IT/DevOps concepts

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Meet urgent hiring needs and support immediate joiners when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment (Software / IT)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience hiring technical roles
• Strong understanding of software languages, frameworks, technologies, IT, and DevOps concepts
• Ability to assess and evaluate technical candidates effectively
• English level C1 (mandatory)
• English + Russian OR Ukrainian (Preferred)
• Ability to join immediately
