What you will do

该职位是一个园区模型，负责园区4个Site 的房地产及租赁管理，Utilities & Internal Contract Management，协助园区FM日常相关运营工作，包括但不限于合规的可再生能源管理，31个账户的水电账单和税务跟踪，绿色电力补贴，先进企业认证申请以及所有与设施相关的外部合同和内部租赁合同管理以及FM PR/PO流程，校园员工和工会相关福利执行工作，员工离职资产清单确认整个闵行校区的管理，并确保四个站点的建筑许可，校园设施服务的内部成本分配和集中公用事业工厂收费，并支持：

• 与3家工厂建立紧密高效的合作关系，以快速支持和交付业务RE，相关FM合同，相关公用事业成本分配，高效的FM合规操作。
• 根据三家工厂的动态业务和校园CM战略，协调相关的可再生能源和相关FM E&I合同的跨团队交付，PR/PO和相关的公用事业消费分配标准和程序，相关的绿色电力补贴和先进企业认证。
• 根据工会程序不断推进员工及工会相关福利的申请，员工离职资产核对表通过公司平台和资源杠杆确认管理执行工作。
