We need an English-fluent Senior ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC), based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements for ServiceNow CSM implementations
  • Analyze and document current and future state business processes
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
  • Support configuration and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful delivery
  • Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow CSM implementations
  • Assist with testing, user acceptance validation, and documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow implementations
  • Experience implementing Customer Service Management (CSM) within ServiceNow
  • Proven background in business process analysis and process improvement
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation environments
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a must.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS- CSM)

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This is a four-month project requiring 30 hours per week.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
