We need an English-fluent Sales Executive, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients in the B2B sector (tech companies, financial services, importers/exporters)
- Target and engage C-level decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Heads of Payments)
- Present and demonstrate stablecoin payment solutions that enable faster, cheaper cross-border transactions
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on corporate payout solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations
- Understand client payment infrastructure needs and position Yellow Card's solutions accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay informed on stablecoin, blockchain, and payment industry trends
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Proven track record of new business acquisition and meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling to C-level executives (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors)
- Strong understanding of corporate payment processes and cross-border transactions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Consultative sales approach with ability to understand complex client needs
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
It´s a Plus:
- Experience with stablecoins, cryptocurrency, or blockchain technology
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in payments
- Existing network within corporate finance, treasury, or payments departments
- Experience working with distributed/remote teams
- Understanding of wallets, on-chain payments, and local payment rails
- Familiarity with partners like Visa, Mastercard, Western Union, PayPal, or Santander
- Experience selling to importers/exporters or remittance-heavy businesses
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $2,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
