We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Marketing Automation Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize automation workflows including lead nurture sequences, lifecycle stage transitions, and internal notifications

  • Set up enrollment triggers, branching logic, and workflow actions to support marketing and sales processes

  • Audit and maintain existing workflows for performance, accuracy, and alignment with current campaign strategy

  • Schedule and deploy marketing emails including newsletters, drip campaigns, and one-off sends, across HubSpot and other platforms in use

  • Own the email performance reporting cadence - deliverability, open rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe, and list growth trends - across all client accounts and platforms

  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on website and campaign performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEMrush

  • Manage contact records including imports, segmentation, list creation, and ongoing database hygiene

  • Support the management of deal pipelines and lifecycle stages within HubSpot CRM

  • Configure Sales Hub for new and existing seats, including user permissions, deal stages, and sales tooling setup

  • Investigate and resolve day-to-day account questions surfaced by the team - lead routing issues, attribution discrepancies, workflow errors, and similar recurring items

  • Bring hands-on fluency in at least one email marketing or automation platform beyond HubSpot, and apply that fluency to whichever tool a given client account runs on

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, including workflow automation, email marketing, and CRM pipeline management with sales/marketing alignment

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification and HubSpot CRM Certification required

  • Experience configuring HubSpot Sales Hub - deal stages, permissions, and sales tooling setup; Sales Hub certification a plus, willingness to obtain one required

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with at least one email marketing or automation platform beyond HubSpot (e.g. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, Pardot, Marketo, SharpSpring, Emma/Marigold, or similar)

  • Proven ability to work within existing client or account setups - comfortable inheriting established workflows, naming conventions, and configurations and improving them without disruption

  • Experience leading new account implementations from scratch, including portal setup, workflow architecture, contact database structure, and initial campaign buildout

  • Direct, hands-on experience migrating a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) into HubSpot, including contact/data migration, workflow rebuild, and pipeline reconstruction

  • Strong understanding of contact lifecycle stages, segmentation strategy, and list management best practices

  • Solid knowledge of email marketing best practices including deliverability, A/B testing, personalization, and compliance

  • Demonstrated experience building and presenting email performance reports

  • Working familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics, sufficient to pull and interpret basic performance reports

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and platforms simultaneously

It's a plus:

  • Experience with SEMrush or a comparable SEO/competitive research tool

  • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Apollo or ZoomInfo

  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, Google Analytics integration, and attribution reporting

  • Experience with external reporting/dashboard tools (e.g. Klipfolio, Looker Studio) for client-facing email and analytics performance summaries

  • Experience supporting B2B marketing teams or agency environments managing multiple accounts

  • Basic understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL compliance requirements

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from (USD) $900 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
