We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent NetSuite Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelets, and RESTlets).

  • Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and e-commerce platforms, EDI providers, 3PLs, and other third-party systems using SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP), RESTlets, or middleware.

  • Automate business processes with SuiteFlow workflows and custom scripts across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and financial close.

  • Partner with finance, operations, supply chain, and sales teams to gather requirements and turn them into technical designs.

  • Create custom records, fields, forms, saved searches, and advanced PDF/HTML templates.

  • Manage the development lifecycle with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), version control, and sandbox testing before deploying to production.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve script errors, performance issues, and integration failures.

  • Review NetSuite releases for impact on existing customizations and update code as needed.

  • Document technical designs, scripts, and integrations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years writing and maintaining SuiteScript 2.x, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, and RESTlet scripts. You understand governance limits, write efficient, well-documented code, and can refactor legacy 1.0 scripts when needed.

  • Proven experience designing and supporting integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, payroll, banking, 3PL/WMS) using SuiteTalk SOAP/REST web services, RESTlets, and middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, or Workato. You can troubleshoot failed syncs, manage error handling, and keep data consistent across platforms.

  • Working understanding of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and record-to-report processes, including revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and multi-subsidiary (OneWorld) environments.

  • Hands-on experience building custom records, fields, forms, and SuiteFlow workflows; creating saved searches, reports, and SuiteAnalytics/SuiteQL queries; designing Advanced PDF/HTML templates; and managing roles and permissions. Comfortable using SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).

  • Data migration, testing, and support: Experience planning and executing CSV imports and data migrations, cleaning and validating data, and promoting changes from sandbox to production. You debug script and workflow errors quickly, test thoroughly ahead of NetSuite's semi-annual releases, and document your work clearly for future maintenance.

It's a plus:

  • NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Suite Cloud Developer II, or ERP Consultant

  • Experience in SaaS, wholesale/distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments

  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules like Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), WMS, Advanced Inventory, or SuiteBilling

  • Experience with SuiteCommerce or SuiteCommerce Advanced

  • Knowledge of other ERP or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) for cross-system projects

  • Exposure to Node.js, Python, or SQL outside of NetSuite

  • Experience working directly with US-based finance and operations stakeholders

  • Prior consulting or implementation partner background

Compensation:

  • The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.

  • This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.

  • The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Portfolio > Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.

Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.

Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
If you were contacted directly by a member of our team and are interested in this opportunity, please do not apply through this link. Instead, reach out to the person who contacted you to coordinate a meeting.
Thank you!

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
