This program is for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Throughout the program, MBAs will hone their understanding of our business and industry, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy here at Kraft Heinz.

- One week of immersive onboarding to learn about our business and prepare important skills for a successful summer project
- Eight weeks dedicated to an impactful business project to explore new opportunities and unlock creative solutions
- One week of final presentations and closing reflections with our senior leadership
- Weekly sessions to deep dive into our values, grow as leaders, and develop a deeper understanding of our industry and strategic plans for growth
- Mentorship from previous MBA Leadership Program participants and senior leadership
Throughout the ten weeks, Interns can also expect opportunities to:
- Meet our CEO, North America President, Chief People Officer, and other senior executives
- Participate in full-company engagements, including Town Halls, Business Resource Group event, and volunteering opportunities.
- Join networking events to grow as a cohort, meet the Kraft Heinz MBA community and enjoy the beautiful summer in Chicago!

- Are pursuing a full- or part-time Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with anticipated graduation between December 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027
