We Make Remote Work Remarkable • TopTalent from LatAm

Hello! We are GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service. GoFasti bridges the gap between world-class developers and designers from LatAm and first-class companies around the globe.

We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Apply the new MiniMed/Medtronic brand identity to existing PowerPoint and PDF files
  • (update fonts, colors, images, graphics, charts, layouts).
  • Rebuild or refine charts and graphs as needed to match branding and readability.
  • Replace or update images (medical devices, lifestyle imagery, employee portraits) when needed.
  • Navigate the client-provided DAM to download brand assets.
  • Ensure layout consistency, correct visual hierarchy, and adherence to brand rules.
  • Perform light content strategy thinking:
  • (e.g., “Does this image match the message on the slide?” “Is this device model correct?”)
  • Communicate clearly with the project team about progress, questions, or inconsistencies.
  • Implement revisions based on client feedback within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Production Designer.
  • Advanced PowerPoint proficiency (mandatory). – Comfortable with large decks (80+ slides) – Skilled in formatting, master slides, layout creation, and chart rebuilding.
  • Strong experience working with PDFs and lightweight layout updates.
  • Ability to work within existing design systems and apply brand guidelines with precision.
  • Comfortable working with image replacement, basic photo prep, and exporting assets.
  • Experience using DAM systems (nice to have, not required).
  • Experience with brand implementation / brand rollouts.
  • Experience in corporate, healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive production work efficiently.
  • Able to follow structured instructions while also providing design judgment when needed.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with secure or sensitive materials.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this Part-Time position varies from (USD) $1,700 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for 30 hours per week, distributed as needed. It does not have a fixed schedule and can be completed asynchronously based on project demands.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.

Here are the steps for this process:
Application review/approval > Screening interview with GoFasti's team > We build and send your profile to our client > Profile review/approval by client > Interview with the client > Hiring and onboarding.

Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume. If it meets the requirements, we will contact you and move forward in the process.

Note for Candidates Approached Directly:
If you were contacted directly by a member of our team and are interested in this opportunity, please do not apply through this link. Instead, reach out to the person who contacted you to coordinate a meeting.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
