We need an English-fluent Fullstack Engineer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, features, and systems.
- Work with senior team members to ensure your designs and implementations follow architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in architectural design, contribute to system-level decisions, and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of software solutions.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
- Collaborate with others to solve complex technical challenges.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Create technical documentation for software components as needed.
- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously bring innovation to the team.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience using Python as the primary backend language.
- Experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js (you will be working with a combination of Ember and React).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with NodeJS is a Plus.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is offered as an initial one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on the client’s needs.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
