The Role:

The Account Coordinator is a key support role within the Customer Success team, focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, managing support workflows, and contributing to internal projects.

What You’ll Do:
  • Client Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client support inquiries, managing and resolving Zendesk tickets and email requests efficiently and professionally, and assisting enterprise customers on live troubleshooting calls. Opportunity to lead onboarding sessions for smaller workspaces and manage a book of business of Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.

  • Reporting: Pull and prepare client usage reports, analytics, and renewal documentation as requested by Account Managers or leadership.

  • Documentation: Work alongside Product to generate support articles and demo videos for new features, and assist with keeping documentation up to date.

  • User Interaction: Educate users on how to effectively use Read AI, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive support.

  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of CS team projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance support workflows and overall team efficiency.

  • Task Ownership: Take ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed to the highest standard.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience:

    • 1–3 years of experience in a customer support, coordinator, or help desk role, preferably in SaaS or technology

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field may be considered in combination with the experience above

  • Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

    • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms

    • Proficient understanding of the tech industry and relevant market trends

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion

The annual total cash compensation range is $50,000 - $70,000. However, actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
You'll be joining a collaborative, high-energy team in Seattle, in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
