The Account Coordinator will assist with project coordination, maintain client accounts, support reporting, and enhance internal workflows in digital marketing projects.

Our client is looking for an Account Coordinator who enjoys keeping projects organized, ensuring tasks move forward smoothly, and supporting team collaboration across multiple initiatives. This role focuses on coordinating internal workflows, assisting with reporting, and maintaining clear communication across digital marketing projects.
They operate in the digital marketing and performance advertising space and have steadily built a reputation over the past few years for delivering results-driven campaigns and scalable marketing strategies for clients across multiple industries.
• Assist Account Managers with project coordination, scheduling, and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met using project management tools such as ClickUp
• Set up and manage client accounts in platforms like CallRail, including number configuration, integrations, and reporting setup
• Collaborate with internal team members to prepare client performance reports and assist with updates or reporting summaries
• Monitor campaign structures and performance metrics within platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio, Opteo, and Optmyzr
• Develop a foundational understanding of analytics and tracking tools including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and CallRail
• Participate in internal meetings, campaign planning sessions, and client calls while documenting key discussion points and action items
• Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing deliverables and assisting with proofreading or internal checks before materials are shared with clients
• Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge resources using tools such as Get Guru
• Take initiative in completing smaller tasks and internal projects independently while coordinating with the broader team
• Provide additional support to Account Managers when needed to help manage workloads and maintain smooth project execution
• Identify potential improvements in internal workflows, reporting templates, or automation opportunities as familiarity with processes grows
Requirements
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, agency, or client support environment, including internships
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to summarize meetings or translate discussions into clear action items
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to assist team members and take initiative when opportunities arise
• Comfortable learning new software tools and adapting to evolving processes in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work during Central Time business hours (9 AM to 5 PM CT)
Qualifications • Experience working in digital marketing environments or supporting marketing teams
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics platforms
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in distributed teams
• Interest in developing a long-term career in digital marketing, account management, or agency operations
