This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a highly organized and client-focused Account Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The company is a recognized leader in the digital marketing space, having achieved significant year-over-year growth and industry accolades for their impactful client campaigns in recent years.

In this role, you will be the central hub for client success, building strong relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality digital marketing campaigns. You will quarterback a cross-functional team of specialists to execute strategies that directly achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering trust through proactive communication and reliability.

  • Lead strategic client calls, ensuring discussions are productive and directly tied to client goals.

  • Collaborate with internal practice leads (e.g., paid media, SEO) to develop integrated strategies and reporting presentations.

  • Present campaign results and strategic recommendations confidently and clearly.

  • Manage client projects using Asana, assigning tasks and ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate and review work from internal specialists to ensure all deliverables are client-ready.

  • Oversee monthly reporting, compiling insights and ensuring accuracy.

  • Monitor account performance in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, identifying opportunities or issues.

  • Track portfolio growth and identify potential for account retention and expansion.

  • Ensure all work is delivered within the contracted scope.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment.

  • Strong foundational understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, or similar.

  • Ability to lead meetings and present information to clients in a clear, consultative manner.

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide solutions.
