This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, navigating complex enterprise sales, and turning strategic opportunities into long-term commercial growth. You’ll have the opportunity to own larger strategic relationships, influence our growth strategy, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Trustonic and our customers.

  • Develop and execute account plans focused on customer satisfaction, relationship development, and revenue expansion
  • Act as a customer advocate internally, ensuring customer needs and opportunities are understood across the business

Business development & new business

  • Support the successful closure of strategic opportunities already underway with key industry participants
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across telecommunications providers, retailers, MVNOs, mobility partners, device financing and leasing companies, and enterprise technology organisations
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Lead sales activity from initial engagement through to contract execution
  • Develop new relationships and identify opportunities to expand Trustonic’s presence across the wireless and connected device ecosystem

Commercial leadership

  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers and prospects
  • Work closely with Legal, Product, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to progress strategic opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
  • Achieve or exceed revenue, retention, account growth, and new business targets

Who you are...

  • A commercially driven and customer-focused sales professional who enjoys building long-term strategic relationships
  • Confident managing complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Comfortable balancing account management with new business development and pipeline generation
  • A strong communicator and negotiator who can build credibility with senior customer stakeholders
  • Commercially curious, proactive, and motivated by finding opportunities for growth
  • Organised and able to manage multiple strategic accounts and sales opportunities at different stages
  • Collaborative by nature, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams to deliver for customers

What makes you, you...

Experience

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, business development, or a similar commercial role
  • Demonstrable success managing complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders

  • Strong experience in customer retention, account expansion, upselling, and new business development
  • Experience leading sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract execution
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience within telecommunications, wireless, SaaS, fintech, mobility, device lifecycle management, or related technology industries
  • Experience working with mobile operators, retailers, MVNOs, distributors, channel partners, or service providers

Desirable

  • Experience selling into enterprise technology organisations
  • Existing relationships or understanding of the North American wireless and connected device ecosystem

Skills & knowledge

  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify and develop revenue opportunities
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
