Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is a privately held technology company broadcasting content for thousands of organizations around the globe. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with experience in the Education market to support and drive consultative sales opportunities by driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work toward Resi’s mission.   • Compensation Range: $90,000 - $95,000 base + $60,000 - $65,000 variable = $150k - 160k OTE

Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The following states are approved as remote work locations for this position: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, VA - All other states are not in consideration for this role at this time.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting educational institutions, including K-12 schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Present Resi’s product and solutions, demonstrating how live streaming can address the unique challenges and goals of the education market.
  • Own inside and outside sales at Resi, focusing on mid to large educational organizations.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, providing tailored solutions for their needs.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified sales leads, successfully closing deals to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Build and deliver customized demos of Resi’s platform with a focus on education-specific applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure seamless implementation for educational customers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven success in consultative sales roles within the education sector.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, with a focus on educational institutions across Enterprise and Mid-Market sectors. 
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience working with a CRM.
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage educational decision-makers.
  • An understanding of or interest in learning broadcast, production technology, and the unique needs of the education sector.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the education market.
  • Success in this role requires a high degree of strategic flexibility to adjust plans based on real-time market feedback and fluid business objectives.
  • Exceptional comfort with ambiguity and the ability to maintain focus and drive results despite frequently evolving scopes and goals. 
  • Highly adaptable with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively amidst a degree of unpredictability
  • Must be a flexible and resourceful self-starter.

Work Environment & Physical Demands: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer will be required. This role consistently operates standard office equipment such as computers and phones. This is largely a sedentary role but may occasionally require lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, or standing as necessary.
