Description

We are currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Account Executive to lead client programs focused on creator partnerships, influencer strategy, content production, and overall digital communications. Account work may also include campaign planning, contract negotiation, cross-channel social strategy, reporting and analytics, and creative collaboration with content creators.

Account Executives are masters of execution and consistently deliver high-quality results for a variety of clients. AEs confidently interact with both creators and client contacts through email, calls, and in-person or virtual meetings.  AEs are able to navigate responsibilities across multiple client campaigns with great success.

As confidence increases, a standout AE becomes the lead day-to-day communicator on 5+ influencer-led programs—handling campaign planning, creator management, communications, and performance reporting under the guidance of an Account Supervisor or Director. Additionally, AEs regularly work in a specialist role on larger, integrated teams, helping bring influencer strategy into broader brand storytelling. Strong performers learn quickly, rarely make the same mistake twice, and instill confidence in senior team members.

While we are headquartered in Miami, this is a full-time role with Work-From-Anywhere-Flexibility (see benefits for details).

Some things to note about this role:
    • The key responsibility is to consistently produce strong results within our core services of influencer identification, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
    • AEs are highly skilled at creator-facing communication, including influencer outreach, negotiation, briefing, and relationship management.
    • AEs are confident and proactive in all aspects of written and face-to-face client communication.
    • Successful AEs leverage both personal platform expertise and agency strategy to proactively guide influencer campaigns. They aren’t afraid to tell clients what they need to hear—even if it’s not what they want to hear.
    • AEs are execution specialists, constantly refining their workflow and becoming more efficient with every campaign.
    • Always learning is key to growth in this role. We expect you to be a student of influencer marketing, following trends, platforms, and creators, and to actively seek out opportunities to learn from internal team leads.
    • The ability to clearly connect campaign results to a client’s business goals is highly valued and a critical skill for growing beyond the AE role.

Cover Letter: Feel free to include a cover letter detailing something interesting about yourself and/or career that we will not get from reading your resume. Doesn't need to be long, just specific to this position. It’s your opportunity to sell yourself, use it.

In addition to providing Influencer Marketing services, through MBA we offer public relations and digital marketing, event management, an in-house primary research and analytics team, and a design studio with a full suite of creative services.

Some advice for how to be successful:

We hire, promote and fire people based on these values. They act as a compass for all communications and decision making.

  • Think Like An Entrepreneur: Know the details of our business and understand how you impact our culture, work and financial success.
  • Adopt a Growth Mindset: Don’t settle or become complacent. Grow by taking advantage of opportunities to do work outside your comfort zone.
  • Take Initiative: Do not wait for someone to tell you what to do. Act in the absence of specific direction. Be proactive and decisive.
  • Act with Purpose: Focus on impact above all else. Know the intended result, find the most efficient path, and get shit done.
  • Communicate Assertively: Proactively tackle difficult conversations with empathy and confidence. Give and request feedback in real-time with helpful intent.
  • Inspire Accountability: Embrace ownership of every task. Surface your mistakes. Share what you learn and use it to improve. Others will do the same.
Other things we think would be cool if you could do:
  • Run a 5k in under 25 minutes
    • We have 2 or 3 people that can do this, but we have a couple Ironman athletes (including Max), a few marathoners and a mountain biker who does 80+ mile races. Lots of yogis too.
  • Solve a Rubik's cube in under a minute
    • We had an intern that could and it was mind-blowing.
  • Compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
    • She competed in the Pan-American Championship, largest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament in North America, she's also one of our new Account Coordinators.
  • Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro
    • Our Director of Operations did this, only blacked-out from high altitude and oxygen deprivation once. Nailed it.
  • Be a world champion in anything
    • Youngest Yo-Yo World Champion in history worked with us for years.
  • Start your own business
    • Max did...and one guy owns his own photography business...the rest of us are working on it.
  • A snake shot (Foosball)
    • Google it. No spinning.
Requirements
    • 2+ years of relevant influencer marketing, social media, or PR experience (agency background strongly preferred)
    • Experience managing influencer campaigns—sourcing creators, negotiating contracts, briefing, tracking content, and reporting
    • Working knowledge of key platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, Sprout, Tagger, or similar
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can write a brief, summarize insights, and pitch an idea with polish and personality
    • Deep interest in the influencer and digital media space—whether that’s niche creators, trend cycles, or what’s working right now
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills—you can juggle timelines, creators, assets, and client asks with ease
    • Awesomeness
