Account Executive – Inside: Private and Charter Schools (NE)

Job Location: Remote, US. You must reside and work in the US for this position. This team member will be working within Pennsylvania.

We are looking for a Humble, Hungry and Smart applicant with more advanced sales and organizational skills that values teamwork, a fast- paced environment, mutual respect and willingness to jump in with a whatever it takes attitude to ensure the success of our sales teams. Build positive working relationships with internal employees and outside customers. We are looking for sales executives that have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Bookings Goals in assigned territory of Private and Charter Schools.

  • Build and maintain business relationships with new and existing customers through consultative selling skills leading to the sale of NewCo solutions in the K-12 marketplace.

  • Initiate and expand key school and school district relationships within territory

  • Adhere to company policies and processes

  • Improve product knowledge and selling skills by attending all sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Deliver complete and accurate paperwork related to customer accounts and sales in a timely manner

  • Be informed of funding sources and educational initiatives in assigned territory

  • Demonstrate in depth product knowledge, ability to navigate and present our product successfully using virtual tools. Certify product knowledge to sales leadership

  • Understand and implement consultative sales process consistently

  • Update and maintain records in company CRM (Salesforce.com) with all pertinent customer and contact/conversation data

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales leadership and marketing department

  • Meet or exceed company metrics for volume of customer contacts

Job Requirements:

  • Must be Humble, Hungry and Smart

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

  • 0-3+ years of sales experience

  • Experience selling to K-12 marketplace, preferred

  • Previous sales training certificates, preferred

  • Proven consultative sales experience and background

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Exhibit self-assurance and humility

  • Self- motivated and eager to take on challenges

  • Own good judgement and outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with others in in team environment to achieve common goals

  • Ability to travel 10% of time
