Account Executive, Mid-Market

Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 base. On Target Earnings up to $120,000-200,000

Location: Completely Remote

Required: HR Tech or HR Practitioner Experience

This role requires either HR tech sales experience or hands-on HR practitioner experience (in-house HR, ER, compliance, or fractional HR consulting). Candidates without one of these backgrounds will not be considered. If you've worked in HR, sold HR technology, or built a fractional HR practice and want to bring that expertise in-house through sales, this role was built for you.

The Role

We're looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle at AllVoices, driving new business across mid-market organizations. You'll bring a consultative approach to selling into HR Directors, VPs of People, and other People Team leaders, moving efficiently through a high volume of deals. This role reports directly to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, across mid-market accounts
  • Engage HR, People Ops, and Compliance leaders to diagnose business challenges and position AllVoices as the solution
  • Run efficient, high-velocity deal cycles while maintaining a strong personal touch
  • Lead discovery and demos that clearly articulate ROI and value
  • Manage a high volume of pipeline with strong organization and follow-through
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and deliver accurate Salesforce forecasts
  • Stay current on HR tech trends relevant to mid-market buyers

What Success Looks Like

  • Hitting or exceeding quota across multiple midmarket deals
  • Managing a high volume of deals simultaneously with consistent close rates
  • Contributing to predictable pipeline growth and forecast accuracy
  • Being credible with HR and People Team leaders from the very first conversation — which is why HR tech or HR practitioner experience is required

Qualifications

  • HR tech sales experience or HR practitioner experience required (see above)
  • 2-5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota
  • Proven track record closing $10K–$30K ACV deals, or comparable transactional sales experience
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of pipeline and moving deals quickly
  • Strong discovery and demo skills, with the ability to articulate ROI clearly and concisely
  • Salesforce fluency with strong command of sales metrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills

About You

  • Goal-Oriented: You love winning and consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Empathetic & High EQ: You build authentic, lasting relationships
  • Adaptable: You embrace change and move quickly in startup environments
  • Multitasker: You manage a high volume of deals and prioritize smartly
  • Resilient & Relentless: You push forward and adjust strategy without losing momentum
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You uncover real needs and offer high-impact solutions
  • Collaborative: You seek feedback, share knowledge, and contribute to team wins

Benefits

Competitive salary, company equity, 401(k) matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, unlimited paid time off, paid holidays, remote flexible work, and company equipment.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
