At Bifrost, we're building the fastest data flywheel for physical AI. We generate synthetic data and simulation scenarios that allow robotics and autonomous systems teams to train and test their AI in minutes instead of months. Our customers use Bifrost to land spacecraft on Mars, detect pirates across the Atlantic, and build AI systems that work reliably in the real world.

Main Quest
We’re hiring an early-career Account Executive who wants to become elite at selling deeply technical AI software.
This is not a traditional AE role. You will operate like a hybrid of:
Sales operator
Technical translator
Market mapper
You’ll work directly with the CEO, engineering, and product teams to drive revenue in some of the most important and fastest-growing sectors in AI. That includes:
Working with Founders & Core team to go from 10 to 100 customers
Enhancing the existing winning playbook to drive new customer acquisition
Driving trials, and trial conversions across the established ICP
Helping the SDE team tweak their lead qualification process where needed
Owning and driving revenue metrics
Own full-cycle sales across target verticals (defence, maritime, robotics, autonomy, aerospace, etc)
Identify, map, and break into high-value accounts (governments, primes, advanced startups)
Run highly tailored outbound using modern AI sales and CRM tooling (Attio, Apollo, Clay, GPT agents, etc.)
Conduct discovery with technical stakeholders (ML engineers, Perception teams, Program leads)
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value
Partner with PMs and Solutions Engineers to land pilots, PoCs, and deployments
Work closely with leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and positioning
Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, GTM, or technical customer-facing roles
Experience selling or working with technical products (AI/ML, developer tools, robotics, SaaS, infra, etc.)
Strong ability to learn and explain technical concepts
Evidence of high agency — you’ve built systems, not just followed playbooks
Comfortable working in ambiguity, early-stage environments, and founder-led sales motions
Excellent communication skills — especially with technical buyers
Demonstrated ability to prospect creatively and persistently
Strong interest in AI, robotics, autonomy, defence, or physical systems
Familiarity with modern GTM stack
Experience running outbound campaigns or building pipeline from scratch
Exposure to PoCs, pilots, or technical sales cycles
Strong writing ability (cold emails, proposals, narratives)
What We Offer
Competitive compensation
Comprehensive benefits package (healthcare, PTO, etc.).
Opportunity to work directly with the founding team from Nvidia, Google, and Lucasfilms and grow quickly
A collaborative, supportive environment with plenty of room to explore new skills.
