We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team and help drive growth by building strong relationships through cutting-edge technology.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for demonstrating value to the most technical and most sophisticated mobile teams in the world. You will own the full sales cycle and engage with all levels of stakeholders from Developer to Engineering Leadership to Legal. You will build meaningful relationships with teams as well as be able to build strategic account plans for how to grow their business with Bitrise. Grit should be in your everyday vocabulary as we approach the next stage of our growth journey.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Bitrise you will 

  • Develop strategic territory plans and resource requirements to drive maximum value from new business and install base customers 
  • Deeply understand the market of Devops to be able to be an influencer in your market and drive awareness to Bitrise and instill trust in your customers 
  • Build and iterate on a strategic plan to maximize growth in your territory 
  • Become an expert on your market and the trends within it 
  • Proactively collaborate with sales development, sales engineers, customer success, product, and marketing teams to drive the business forward 
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Achieve goals in closed business, pipeline generation, and leading indicators to ensure you and Bitrise continues to exceed targets

  • Demonstrates agility and able to navigate and work in a fast paced work environment
  • An ability to form territory plans, create innovative plans to connect with decision makers and drive value to create & close new business pipeline

You're the ideal candidate if you have

  • Minimum 5 years successful track record selling a technical SaaS product 
  • Experience in selling a deeply technical product/service with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in selling to banking, finance, retail and e-commerce 
  • Understanding of DevOps
  • sold to Enterprises/Strategic customers successfully
