Who you are
  • You have 2-3 years of B2B commercial experience

  • You’re insatiably curious about the world and what makes people tick

  • You have a high EQ, which alongside your curiosity enables you to navigate complex human relationships, understand people’s drivers, communicate creatively, and close complex deals

  • You have exceptional written & verbal communication skills

Desirable
  • You have experience working in healthcare and/or a regulated industry

What the job involves

We're early in our GTM, and we're looking for someone to join a growing team and help develop a world-class sales motion. Details:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at cutting-edge technology companies across the healthcare industry

  • Source, own, and win deals from discovery to closed won with the right customers

    • Our ICP is startups or scaleups building AI in healthcare solutions they want to place on the EU/UK market. Scarlet is relevant to regulatory, operations leaders, and regulatory consultants

  • Collaborate closely with teammates to bring the relevant expertise to different parts of the sales motion and communicate Scarlet’s value proposition

  • Work with the rest of the Sales function to continuously improve our processes

  • Drive continuous iteration by sharing insights from customer interactions to help shape our go-to-market strategy and product offering
