Wander is a growing startup specializing in luxury home rentals catering to global nomads. We are looking to hire a full-time Account Executive to grow our home owner pipeline and win new business in our B2B channel.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team at a rapidly-developing company that will give you visibility into some of the most beautiful locations in the world!

Required Qualifications:

  • Background in sales and business development with a proven track record of success

  • Self-directed and motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to generate and qualify leads through research and networking

  • Comfortability in cold-calling, emailing and when needed, attending events to network and meet in person

  • Ability to create presentation materials, generate proposals, and follow through to closing home owners

  • Proven ability to foster relationships with partners to grow business over time, upselling them on future opportunities

  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

  • Interested in long-term employment and career development at a growing company with a tight-knit culture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Confident & resourceful, strategic thinker & collaborative problem solver

  • Experience working with product and engineering organizations to help roadmap new feature developments based on own needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication or a related field

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant sales or business development experience

  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

  • Through inbound and outbound phone and email outreach, secure leads by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.

  • Produce qualified prospects by following up on inbound leads from various marketing programs.

  • Conduct outbound, proactive calling techniques to target partners, contacting potential partners through cold calls and emails.

  • Nurture prospects, discover needs, offer relevant resources, learn what they’re looking for, and be able to articulate why Wander Teams is right for them.

  • Utilize targeted and insightful questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers, provide content and service/stay information, and work with sales prospects to explain how Wander Teams can address their challenges.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Wander’s homes and our concierge processes.

  • Document outbound/inbound activity and maintain partner details in self-managed pipeline list.

  • Work closely with marketing, product management and concierge teams.
