Instructure is looking for an experienced sales executive to join our growing K12 education sales team. This role will be a hunter role developing new logo accounts

What you will be doing:

  • Sell the Instructure Learning Platform to new clients
  • Needs to set a minimum of five new logo opportunities weekly until adequate pipeline is achieved
  • Deploy tactical sales methodologies to close new logos
  • Develop sales strategies to increase new logo pipeline
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quotas within specified time frame.
  • Run a 30-90 day sales cycle from discovery to negotiation
  • Utilize Salesforce, Outreach.io and other sales tools to optimize business
  • Forecasting your pipeline on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy in opportunities

Here's what you will need to know/have:

  • Minimum of 2 + years of proven sales experience.
  • Understanding educational pedagogy and the process involving selling an LMS is a plus but not required
  • Experience selling software, SaaS sales, and services. 
  • Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to do detailed needs analysis and proposal development.
