We are seeking a high performing Account Executive to drive sales revenue growth through strategic engagements within giant tech organizations. This role is designed for a true business development hunter, someone who excels at building and maintaining executive-level relationships, navigating complex organizations, and selling high-value consulting services that deliver measurable business outcomes. Bring your previous experience working within complex channel and distribution sales across SDP industry. 

You will own the expansion of a new book of business leveraging Valorem Reply’s deep expertise in cloud, AI, and modern digital solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to articulate value in business terms, and a track record of closing large, multistakeholder consulting engagements. 

Responsibilities

    • Partner with Executive Leadership and Solution Area Leaders to identify, qualify, propose, and close new consulting opportunities  

    • Hunt for and develop new executive level relationships to position Valorem Reply’s high-value services and influence strategic initiatives 

    • Manage a personal book of business, consistently driving pipeline creation and closing consulting engagements typically ranging from $500K to multi-million-dollar opportunities 

    • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account intelligence within Valorem Reply’s CRM 

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, alliances, and operations to ensure alignment for pursuit strategy and successful execution 

    • Understand and articulate Valorem Reply’s service offerings, delivery models, and differentiators to guide customers toward outcome 

    • Ensure adherence to operational processes, administrative requirements, and company standards. 

Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field 

    • 8+ years of industry experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise solutions 

    • 5+ years of successful consulting sales or technical business development experience 

    • Proven success selling largescale consulting services (typically $500K+ per engagement) and managing a minimum $5M+ annual book of business that you buildscale consulting services (typically $500K+ per engagement) and managing a $3M–$5M+ annual book of business 

    • Experience selling to or for large technology companies (Microsoft strongly preferred--Google, Meta, AWS and other large Software and Digital Platform companies) 

    • Demonstrated ability to establish and grow executive-level relationships and influence strategic decision-making 

    • Strong integrity, dependability, and a results driven mindset focused on customer value and satisfaction 

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, CRM systems, and other standard business applications 

    • Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable consulting solutions 

Preferred Qualifications

    • Understanding of modern cloud technologies, AI solutions, and digital transformation strategies 

    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices 

    • Experience with contract negotiation and enterprise procurement processes

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $125,000 - $175,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
