  • Generate pipeline and close new accounts to meet corporate goals, while executing strategic partnership initiatives that optimize revenue growth.

  • Champion the commercialization of our technology by representing Nautilus Biotechnology at scientific conferences and industry events, thereby broadening our market reach and bolstering the sales funnel.

Product Launch and Support:

  • Pave the way for successful product launches, by setting specific market development targets and goals.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Lead customer account planning and solutions to capitalize on high-impact opportunities.

  • Engage in profound conversations about omics research and existing tools in the biotech arena, establishing credibility and rapport with decision-makers.

  • Build trusted partnerships with Ph.D. Principal Investigators and C-Suite Executives through confident and knowledgeable presentations and interactions.

Territory Management:

  • Strategically segment account coverage between Pharma, Academic, and Non-Profit sectors, tailoring strategies to meet specific customer needs.

  • Be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time to nurture face-to-face relationships, leveraging your personal touch and industry expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science related field (preferred) with scientific and technical depth that enables meaningful dialogues about omics research and biotech tools.

  • Possess 5-8 years of experience, with a significant portion focused on introducing groundbreaking technologies to the market.

  • Proven success in launching pioneering biotech products, such as NGS systems, Olink Explore, OrbiTrap/MALDI TOF Mass Specs, 10X single cell systems, etc., and consistently exceeding sales targets.

  • Bring along a well-established network of industry and academic contacts to support relationship-based selling during the early stages of our technology launch.

  • Exhibit proficiency in building and nurturing new relationships with customers who are ready to invest in cutting-edge solutions.

  • Excel in delivering small group presentations, effectively communicating complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Showcase a robust track record of exceeding sales targets and driving the sales process to fruition.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and thrive in an environment with minimal infrastructure or processes.

  • Embrace the chaos and uncertainty inherent in a startup, adapting and thriving amidst rapidly changing circumstances.
