About the role

As an Account Executive at Clarify, you will manage the entire sales and customer lifecycle — from identifying prospects and closing deals to onboarding, retaining, and expanding customers. You will work closely with our Head of GTM to shape our sales playbook, define key processes, and ensure customers succeed with Clarify.

What you’ll do
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing deals

  • Handle renewals, expansions, and upsells across your book of business

  • Surface customer feedback to product and engineering to influence our roadmap

  • Develop and refine sales and success processes, helping us scale efficiently

  • Experiment with different GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound efforts

  • Define and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction

Your background
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or account management

  • Skilled at discovery, running product demos, and value selling

  • Comfortable discussing both technical solutions and business outcomes with customers

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

  • Strong communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindset

  • Passionate about AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflows

  • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, AI products, or sales automation software

  • Bonus: Early-stage startup experience

Compensation

  • $150,000 to $200,000 OTE, depending on experience
