About Prime Robotics

Prime Robotics is a fast-growing warehouse automation company building integrated robotics, software, and automation systems for enterprise customers. We help businesses improve productivity, efficiency, and operational flexibility through end-to-end warehouse automation solutions.

We operate in a high-ownership, execution-focused environment where accountability, professionalism, fairness, and cultural alignment matter. This is an opportunity to join a growing robotics company and help shape the future of warehouse operations.

The Opportunity

You'll be at the epicenter of our revenue growth and market expansion strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives on both nurturing existing customer relationships to their full potential and aggressively hunting new business opportunities throughout the western United States.

It's for someone ready to run a territory, build a pipeline, and close.

How You'll Drive Impact
  • Own a named account territory and build a qualified pipeline from prospecting through close.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution design, ROI modeling, proposal, executive presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with VP- and C-suite decision makers across warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT.
  • Partner with our solutions engineering team on technical scoping, you bring the commercial leadership, they bring the system design depth.
  • Develop competitive sales strategies within our industry and be a SME in this area.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and commit revenue with CRM discipline.
  • Represent Prime Robotics at industry events, trade shows (MODEX, ProMat), and customer sites.

RequirementsWhat You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of closing deals in the $1M–$10M+ range, warehouse automation, robotics, material handling, or adjacent industries.
  • Verifiable quota attainment history, we'll ask for it. At 70–100%+ of plan on $5M–$10M quotas is the target profile.
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse automation trends and technologies, including robotics, automation, or warehouse management systems, with familiarity with AMR, ASRS, WES/WMS, or sortation technologies, enough to lead discovery and proposal conversations without a SE present for every call.
  • Experience selling to VP of Operations, VP of Supply Chain, and C-suite buyers; able to build multi-threaded relationships across a single account.
  • Comfort with long, complex deal cycles (12+ months) and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Strong financial fluency can build and present an ROI/payback model that resonates with a CFO.
  • CRM hygiene and forecast discipline, we run a data-driven sales process.
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% throughout your territory.
What Sets You Apart
  • Experience conducting quarterly business reviews that demonstrate quantifiable value.
  • Previous success in the e-commerce, retail, manufacturing or distribution sectors.
  • Track record of success in high-growth startups or technology companies.

Benefits
  • Base salary range: $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission. Expected on-target earnings: $180,000–$250,000+ based on quota attainment.
  • Employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your health and wellbeing.
  • Dedicated vacation and sick leave that allows you to recharge and take care of yourself when needed.
  • Invaluable hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics technology that keeps your skills at the industry forefront.
  • A collaborative culture where innovation thrives and your work has a real impact.
  • The excitement of contributing to transformative technology in a fast-growing industry.

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
