About Parkade

Parkade is a B2B2C SaaS platform that modernizes private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices. We help buildings move away from the headaches of stickers, hang tags, and spreadsheets to a fully automated, self-serve app for parking management, enforcement, and customer service. More than just operational relief, we integrate with major Property Management Systems (PMS) and gate hardware to turn parking into a frictionless experience that skyrockets Net Operating Income (NOI) for our clients.

Why is this such an exciting opportunity? We have carved out a highly differentiated position in a massive PropTech market, our customers love us, and we recently closed a successful Series A funding round with a proven sales process. Parkade is officially in hypergrowth. With our current AE team already consistently performing above quota, we’re looking for an elite Account Executive to join the ranks and help us become the premier parking-software company in the industry.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be a critical player in our growth engine. You will hit the ground running, networking into the world of multi-family and office buildings. Your primary motion will be a building-by-building approach, prospecting and selling directly to onsite Property Managers and regional leadership to solve their immediate operational headaches while proving long-term financial value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, source, and close a robust pipeline of deals through cold outreach, inbound channels, and networking, successfully managing an average 75-day sales cycle.

  • Targeted Selling: Master the building-by-building sales motion. Build relationships and win the buy-in of onsite Property Managers by clearly demonstrating how Parkade solves their daily operational nightmares (e.g., guest parking abuse, enforcement headaches, and waitlist management).

  • Consultative ROI Pitches: Confidently present revenue models to prospects, demonstrating how Parkade’s platform easily offsets software fees and unlocks new, recurring property revenue to improve building NOI.

  • Technical Discovery: Conduct thorough discovery on a building's current infrastructure to understand their baseline operations, setting up the deal for success.

  • Clean Handoffs: Ensure accurate, detailed documentation in the CRM so that once a contract is signed, you can execute a seamless, hard handoff to our Implementation and Success teams who will take over the technical rollout and client relationship.

About You

  • Experience: 4-7+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, successfully guiding software sales through multiple internal and buyer stakeholders.

  • Resourcefulness & Hustle: You know how to figure things out. You don't rely on leads being handed to you on a silver platter. You don't mind picking up the phone to make a cold call or dropping into a building to gather intel on their parking situation.

  • Financial Acumen: You are comfortable talking numbers, budget cycles, and ROI. You can confidently present a revenue model and defend pricing to property leadership.

  • Attentiveness & Organization: You have incredible attention to detail and maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene in your CRM. You know how to listen to customers to uncover their specific pain points and map them directly to our solutions.

  • AI-Forward Mindset: You embrace AI as a daily sales co-pilot. You’re excited to leverage AI tools to analyze call transcripts for buying signals, hyper-personalize your cold outreach at scale, quickly summarize complex discovery notes, and automate routine CRM updates so you can spend more time selling.

  • Communication: You write fast, clearly, and with impeccable grammar. You have a high EQ and can translate operational concepts into simple, compelling benefits for buyers.

  • Team Player: You balance your competitive nature with your love of supporting others. You understand that the team winning is more important than you winning.

Bonus Points

  • Recent startup experience, with a track record of driving sales and a comfort with ambiguity.

  • Experience selling software in the multi-family real estate (PropTech) industry.

  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata).

  • Familiarity with access control hardware (e.g., LPR cameras, fobs, clickers) or a willingness to learn the landscape quickly.

  • A background in parking, real estate, or property management.

Compensation & Benefits

  • OTE: $260,000 ($130,000 Base + Commission)

  • Health, vision, and dental insurance (80% covered for you and dependents)

  • 401k

  • Flexible PTO

  • Equity in Parkade

Location

This role is generally remote (United States only).

  • Travel Requirement: 25% (conferences, trade shows, customer visits)

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
