Our mission is simple: to drive sustainable growth for our Member Companies by helping them win the right business in the right markets—backed by smart strategy, targeted outreach, strong messaging, and consistent execution.

About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle to close new business opportunities with homeowner associations and property management companies. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our services.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing within established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with clients, experience presenting to executive teams, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficient with HubSpot; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Experience with consultative selling.
  • Able to travel occasionally for in-person collaboration.

Benefits
  • Compensation: 100000-200000 USD annually
  • Generous PTO including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Short- and long-term disability (employer-paid)
  • Cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement
  • Remote work flexibility with opportunities for in-person collaboration

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
