We aim to be the primary service provider for the people and entities responsible for the care, movement, and long-term preservation of art and culture.

To that end, our Accounts Manager, Northeast Region is responsible for building, growing and strengthening client relationships to deliver client-oriented solutions across Crozier’s entire portfolio. In addition, the candidate will drive performance by effectively motivating and coaching their team to exceed objectives and expand the team's technical capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the  main point of contact clients, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and growth of the account 

  • Develop Account Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, and execute on all aspects of account and project management

  • Work closely with multiple operations and business functions, as well as external partners through the sales and project lifecycle

  • Manage a range of service projects, from supporting our clients with their day-to-day transactional needs, to working on their more complex, large-scale and International projects, staying within scope and budget 

  • Utilize a consultative approach to determine technical requirements, design solutions, define dependencies, assess risks and build proposals

  • Provide clear and concise directives to operating departments and agents, ensuring estimates, work orders and invoices are clear, and deliver to the customers expectations in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Sales, Account and/or Project Management

  • Prior experience with selling and account management, sales process, client lifecycle management, Global Trade, Project Management workflows or Inventory Management required

  • Experience of in-field art handling, inventory, rigging, or other collections care activity is preferred, but not required

  • Skills - strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; able to work collaboratively across the organization; strong work ethic; time management; solutions driven

  • Must be able to travel/report to Crozier & Client locations within market, as needed

  • Pay: Starting at $70,000.00/an (**This position is not Commission-Based and is Bonus Eligible.)

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5:30 PM EST

  • Location: Remote (**Northeast Region Residence Required)

Reasonably expected salary range: $66,700.00 - $83,400.00 + commissions.
