Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and act as their primary operational point of contact for the FBT program
- Partner with merchants on inventory planning and product optimization to maximize FBT usage
- Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute improvement plans via monthly & quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with Operations, Logistics Quality, Product, and Tech to resolve issues and remove blockers
- Surface insights and feedback to influence roadmap and seller experience
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years in account management, e-commerce marketplace or supply chain & logistics
- Strong Excel skills; comfortable with BI dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- BA/BS or equivalent industry experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Marketplace experience (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, eBay) and/or cross-border logistics (INCOTERMS, customs).
- API/EDI integrations with WMS/OMS.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
