The Account Manager, Information Technology will drive new business by prospecting and cold calling into hospital systems while also managing and expanding a portfolio of active client accounts. This individual owns the full lifecycle of the relationship, from securing new partnerships to ensuring successful delivery and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. The role requires a strong balance of business development and account management to consistently grow revenue and strengthen long term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect existing clinical accounts to secure new IT staffing partnerships by identifying key technology leaders, building relationships, and generating new job orders
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, increasing job orders and revenue across IT disciplines
- Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts, including clients secured independently and those transitioned from the sales team
- Cultivate, build and maintain valuable relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage a high volume of activity in a fast paced environment while maintaining urgency and follow through
- Build strong relationships with IT leadership, hiring managers, and procurement teams within hospital systems
- Partner closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Minimum 3 years of IT staffing experience is required
- Proven success in a metrics driven environment
- Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
- Ability to anticipate client needs and take initiative to satisfy them
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 hourly, which equates to $70,000 annually plus commission
