We are currently hiring a Account Manager, Wireless to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! 

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate location in Utah.

YOU ARE: A high-powered sales professional with extensive experience exceeded quota and impacting growth with an organization. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador for Progressive; fostering relationships with major national retail locations in order to help drive sales. Your role will be vital in providing retailers with information that they will use to educate customers with about our web-based lease-to-own finance technology, which provides a faster, more robust, and seamless customer experience. Reporting to the Manager, Account Management, you will deliver against expected performance standards of Progressive Leasing and our partners, while leveraging value-based data and best practices, which support the retailer’s strategic initiatives. 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with retailers and their leadership, to drive margin and improve the store’s operational efficiency 

  • Focus on results while building strong relationships through virtual trainings, and virtual 1:1 meeting’s 

  • Utilize hardware and software to enhance accountability and performance efficiencies 

  • Take part in changing the landscape of the rapidly growing virtual lease-to-own (“LTO”) market 

  • Bring your sales experience, strategies and ideas as you embark upon our journey of revolutionizing the world of consumer finance 

  • Work in a fun, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you will make a difference for the customers we serve 

  • Travel maybe required (up to 10%) 

YOU'LL BRING: 

  • Fluency in English & Spanish preferred (English required)

  • Wireless industry experience strongly preferred

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in account management  

  • 3+ years’ experience successfully managing accounts; preferably in a retail environment 

  • Must have superior interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills 

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office products: MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Demonstrated proficiency in CRM, including; logging activities, providing insights and report analysis 

  • Previous training experience preferred 

  • Strong work ethic, high initiative and interest in new technology and software applications is essential
