The Growth Center is Business Development Firm serving B2B SaaS companies, led by Ryan Schnitzler – located in Jupiter, Florida.

We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world.

That’s why we’re looking for our newest Outbound Specialist to join our team.

The Role of an Outbound Specialist is to Fulfill Outbound Customer Acquisition Services for our B2B clients to help them generate leads, manage those leads, and grow their sales pipeline – as well as ensure seamless communication and strategic alignment between our clients and our internal team.

Outbound Specialists act as strategic growth partners for our clients – creating outbound lead generation campaigns across email and LinkedIn, overseeing lead management processes, managing client and internal communication, and delivering exceptional results that align with each client's business objectives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands cold outbound and sales development, is obsessed with B2B cold email and LinkedIn lead generation, and wants to directly impact client revenue.

You will be trained on our proven frameworks, but we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of results, adapt quickly, and help take our client fulfillment to the next level.

If you love cold email lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, working with tools like Clay and Apollo, sales development, and want to be part of a high-performance team helping top B2B SaaS companies grow, then this is the role for you.

And if you're looking for a role where you can directly manage your own book of clients, where you have a revenue share on each client you're working with, then this opportunity is for you.

We are currently in search of a proactive, results-driven individual that's looking for the opportunity to work with some of the fastest growing B2B companies on the market.

As an Outbound Specialist, your responsibilities include:

  • Writing scripts for outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn
  • Tracking and monitoring outbound campaign performance
  • Internal Team Coordination with the Fulfillment Team
  • Leading Project Management for your clients
  • Management and Oversight of Sales Reps
  • Assisting in new client onboarding
  • Client Communication

In this role, you have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the success, trajectory, and growth of the business, while simultaneously taking your own personal, professional, and financial growth to the next level.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
