The Account Manager will manage client relationships, develop paid social marketing strategies, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.

Our client is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team and play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with their clients. They operate within the digital marketing and legal technology space, and in recent years they have built innovative solutions that help businesses identify and reach highly targeted audiences across multiple digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working directly with clients, and brings a strong background in paid social strategy. The position focuses heavily on client retention by delivering an exceptional experience and developing thoughtful, results-driven marketing strategies.
- Lead strategy discussions with clients during regular review calls
- Collaborate with clients to develop paid social campaign strategies and audience targeting approaches
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to oversee the development and delivery of marketing assets
- Manage day-to-day client communication, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and alignment
- Build strong client relationships focused on long-term retention and satisfaction
- Provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize performance across digital channels
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
Requirements
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads (strategy-level knowledge; no hands-on execution required)
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client accounts effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with some ambiguity
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- 5–10+ years of experience in marketing, particularly in paid social advertising
- Strong strategic understanding of Meta advertising and performance marketing
- Experience working directly with clients in an account management or similar role
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of accounts simultaneously
- Self-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest or exposure to the legal industry is a plus, but not required
- Strong passion for digital marketing and growth strategies
