Position Description: The Account Representative (AR) I role serves as an inside sales support and relationship manager for Delegated clients and prospects, supporting the efforts of Divisional Managers and Account Executives (AEs) in client outreach, relationship management, and business development. The primary responsibility of the AR I is to support the AE in managing daily client interactions, with the goal of maximizing client engagement and business volume across our B2B Channels; Correspondent & Co-Issue. This role is crucial in enhancing the client experience and supporting Mr. Cooper’s objective to expand its footprint as a leading Delegated Correspondent Lender & Co-Issue Buyer.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Client Support: Align with Divisional Managers and AEs to pursue volume, earnings, and client management objectives. Act as a key liaison for daily interactions with active clients and prospects to support the overall sales strategy.
  • Technology Support & Guidance: Act as a support liaison for the Delegated loan acquisition system, addressing client questions related to functionality, loan submission, technical issues, and system navigation. Ensure clients are well-versed in using Mr. Cooper’s technology and tools for loan submissions.
  • Billing & Contractual Obligations: Manage and follow up on all outstanding contact billings and contractual obligations to ensure they are satisfied within appropriate timeframes.
  • Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients by providing training and orientation on Mr. Cooper’s Delegated products, processes, technology, and best practices. Assist with new user setup and guide clients through loan delivery and purchase procedures.
  • Client Experience Champion: Champion the client experience for active Delegated clients and prospects by ensuring access to ongoing product training, marketing materials, technology optimization, and consistent communications. Facilitate seamless onboarding and support throughout the client journey.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with active clients to ensure annual renewals are completed promptly. Serve as a trusted resource for any questions related to Mr. Cooper’s Delegated lending products and processes.
  • CRM & Client Data Management: Maintain up-to-date client profile information and contacts by updating the CRM system and other marketing databases. Ensure accurate records to support client relationship management efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: College or vocational education.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to support multiple clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client service and act as a client advocate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate training and client presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment while also being self-driven to meet individual objectives.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Travel may be required for specific client needs or industry events.
